The all new eTen is a revelation in value priced performance. Based on an air spring, hydraulically locked cartridge system, the eTen has features that surpass rival posts at twice the price. 125mm travel, 30.9 and 31.6mm diameters and lever or remote actuated options were never so affordable.

Basic Recommendations
- We recommend installation by a professional service.
- Keep the dropper post clean and properly maintained.
- Use only compatible components and controls.
- Do not overload the dropper post beyond its intended use.
- If any issue occurs, contact a service specialist.
Usage
- Always operate the dropper post while unweighted.
- Do not force the post to move up or down.
- Ensure proper tightening of the seat clamp.
- Keep the post clean, especially when riding in muddy conditions.
- Improper use may lead to damage or reduced lifespan.
Service & Maintenance
IMPORTANT: To maintain warranty, a service inspection is required at least once per year.
- Regularly clean the outer surface of the dropper post.
- Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
- We recommend servicing by an authorized service center.
- If performance worsens, arrange service promptly.
- Normal wear (e.g. seals) is not considered a warranty issue.
