1. Shipping and Delivery of Goods
To ensure the fastest and most convenient delivery possible, we cooperate with reliable carriers.We deliver goods throughout the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, and also offer international shipping to selected countries within the European Union.
1.1 Available Shipping Methods
We currently offer the following delivery options:
- Zásilkovna (Packeta) – fast and convenient delivery to your chosen pickup point, Z-BOX, or directly to your address via the Zásilkovna Home Delivery service.
- PPL – delivery to your address or to a PPL Box / Parcelshop. The courier will inform you about delivery and allows changes to the time or place of delivery.
- Personal Pickup – Katmar Store (Prague 7) – you can collect your order in person at our store: Bubenské nábřeží 306/13, Prague 7 – Holešovice
- International Shipping (DPD / Czech Post) – used for international deliveries within the European Union and worldwide.
- Before shipping abroad, we will always confirm the delivery cost and estimated delivery time.
Shipping to other countries can be arranged individually. Please contact us and we’ll provide available options, prices, and estimated delivery times.
1.2 Delivery Times and Dispatch
Orders are dispatched immediately after payment is received, usually within 1–2 business days, but no later than 7 business days after payment.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow your shipment’s progress in real time.
1.3 Receiving and Inspecting the Shipment
When receiving your parcel, please check whether the packaging is intact. If you notice damage or signs of tampering, do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately. The risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer at the moment of receipt of the shipment.
1.4 Address Changes and Re-delivery
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us by email or phone before the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
In case of re-delivery or a change of delivery method caused by the buyer, additional delivery costs may apply according to the carrier’s pricing.
1.5 Delays and Extraordinary Circumstances
If your delivery is delayed or if any issues arise, please contact our customer support: +420 603 725 893. We will immediately investigate the situation and arrange the best possible solution.
If delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather conditions, carrier issues, strikes), we will notify you without delay.
1.6 Basic Legal Provisions
- Goods are delivered to the Buyer via a contracted carrier.
- Delivery time is calculated from the date the Seller hands the goods over to the carrier for shipment.
- Shipping services are available to customers in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. Delivery to other countries can be arranged individually.
- If a specific delivery method is agreed upon at the Buyer’s request, the Buyer bears the risk and any additional costs related to that method.
- The Seller is obliged to deliver the goods to the address specified by the Buyer in the Order Form, and the Buyer is obliged to accept the goods upon delivery.
- If re-delivery or an alternative delivery method is necessary due to reasons on the Buyer’s side, the Buyer shall bear all additional costs incurred.
- Upon receiving the goods, the Buyer must check that the packaging is undamaged. If the parcel shows visible damage or signs of tampering, the Buyer must immediately notify the carrier and may refuse to accept the shipment.
- The risk of damage to the goods passes to the Buyer upon receipt.
- Orders are dispatched immediately after payment is received, usually within 1–2 business days, but no later than 7 business days.
- Storage costs and costs of unsuccessful delivery due to the Buyer’s lack of cooperation may be charged to the Buyer.
- The Buyer may request a change of delivery address by email or phone, provided the goods have not yet been handed over to the carrier.
- If delays occur due to reasons beyond the Seller’s control (e.g. weather, strikes, carrier issues), the Seller will inform the Buyer promptly and arrange the next steps.
- These provisions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and are binding for both parties.
2. Payment Methods
We offer several secure and convenient payment options so you can choose the one that suits you best. All online payments are processed through ComGate Payments, a.s., a licensed payment institution supervised by the Czech National Bank.
This ensures that every transaction is fully secure and encrypted.
2.1 Online Payment
A fast, simple, and secure way to pay for your order.
After completing your purchase, you will be redirected to the ComGate payment gateway, which supports the following payment methods:
- Online card payment (Visa, Mastercard)
- Instant bank transfer – pay directly from your online banking
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Twisto – Buy now, pay later (pay within 30 days or split into three monthly payments without fees)
Online payments are processed instantly, allowing us to ship your order faster. The service is provided by ComGate Payments, a.s., a licensed payment institution regulated by the Czech National Bank.
The Twisto service is provided by Twisto payments a.s., also a licensed payment institution under the supervision of the Czech National Bank.
Payments made through Twisto are processed via a secure interface and are completely safe.
Payment Security:
The ComGate payment gateway does not share your payment details with the e-shop. All data is transferred in encrypted form and handled in accordance with the highest security standards (PCI DSS).
2.2 Cash on Delivery
Pay for your order when you receive it — directly to the courier or at the carrier’s pickup point. Depending on the carrier, you can pay in cash or by card.
This method is ideal for customers who prefer to pay upon delivery.
2.3 Bank Transfer
A traditional payment method for customers who prefer to pay via their own online banking. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with payment details and instructions.
Your order will be shipped once the payment is credited to our account (usually within 1–2 business days).

Limitations of Payment Methods
For certain types of goods or special orders, some payment methods may be unavailable.
