Dartmoor Rocbird Enduro Evo 29/27,5 in glossy Metallic Silver is a full-suspension enduro bike built around a 160 mm / 160 mm travel platform and a mixed wheel setup 29" / 27.5". It is designed for aggressive mountain riding, combining stability at speed with maneuverability in tight and technical terrain.

The aluminum AL6061-T6 frame with 160 mm rear travel is paired with a Rock Shox Lyrik Select RC fork featuring the Charger damper and the high-volume X-Fusion H3A RCP air shock. The mullet configuration uses a 29" front wheel for improved rollover and comfort in rough terrain, while the 27.5" rear wheel increases agility and responsiveness in corners.

Suspension and geometry

The progressive geometry of the Dartmoor Rocbird Enduro Evo 29/27,5 supports both air and coil shocks, depending on rider preference. The high leverage ratio at the beginning of the stroke improves small-bump sensitivity, while increased progression toward the end of the travel helps resist bottoming out in demanding conditions.

The replaceable shock mount allows the frame travel to be adjusted between 160 mm and 140 mm, offering flexibility for bike park use or technical enduro trails with roots, rocks, and mud.

Drivetrain and braking

Shifting is handled by a Shimano Deore 5100 drivetrain with an 11-speed setup and an 11–51T cassette. Braking performance comes from Magura MT Thirty 4-piston brakes with a 203 mm rotor at the front and 180 mm at the rear. The bike is equipped with tubeless-ready Maxxis Assegai EXO / EXO+ tires for reliable grip in demanding mountain terrain.

Frame protection and construction details

Custom chainstay and downtube protectors made from thick thermoplastic elastomer provide protection against impacts, scratches, and dents. The ribbed pattern enhances durability while maintaining a clean appearance. All pivot points use MAX-type bearings with dedicated sealing and red Mobil grease for improved resistance against dust, dirt, and moisture and increased load capacity compared to standard caged bearings.

The frame features fully internal cable routing and a screw-in bottom bracket for easier maintenance and durability.

Compatibility and standards

The frame uses a threaded bottom bracket shell and supports a dedicated ISCG05 mount (adapter sold separately) for chain guide and bash guard installation. It is fully compatible with SRAM Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH) and Eagle Transmission drivetrains. Hub spacing follows the Boost 110x15 mm front and Boost 148x12 mm rear standards.
