Odyssey Gary Young 3 (GY3) 8.66" handlebars – signature bars for bigger riders
The Odyssey Gary Young 3, also known as GY3, are signature BMX handlebars developed in collaboration with Gary Young. They are aimed at riders who prefer a higher hand position and a stable, confident feel for freestyle riding.
The construction uses multi-butted tubing to reduce weight while maintaining strength. 41 Thermal heat treatment is applied to improve durability under repeated stress typical of technical freestyle riding.
Compatibility and construction
The bars are built from multi-butted tubing and treated with 41 Thermal technology. Designed for freestyle use, the higher 8.66" rise supports stability, bike control and a comfortable hand position, especially for taller riders.
